BizAuto ("BizAuto", "we", "us") operates the website bizauto.pro and the BizAuto service, which helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile: scheduling posts, replying to reviews, uploading media, running profile audits and viewing performance reports. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
BizAuto is operated by BizAuto, 708BS, Suratwala Mark Plazzo, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057, India.
1. Information we collect

We only request the Google permissions needed to run the features you use.
2. How we use Google user data
We use data received from Google APIs only to provide the features you see in BizAuto: publishing and scheduling posts on your Business Profile; showing your reviews and posting replies you approve or set to automatic; uploading your photos and videos to your profile; running profile audits; and showing performance reports to you.
We never use Google user data for advertising, never sell it, and never use it to build user profiles for any other purpose.
Limited Use disclosure. BizAuto's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Our staff does not read your Google data, except when you ask us for support, when needed for security or to fix a problem, or when required by law.
3. AI processing and service providers
To draft posts, review replies and audit reports, we send the minimum needed text (for example, a review's text and your business name and category) to our AI provider. The provider processes it only to return the draft to us and does not use it to train its models.
We use trusted providers for hosting, file storage, AI text drafting, payments and email. Each one gets only the data it needs and must protect it. You can turn off automatic publishing at any time and approve each post or reply yourself.
4. Storage, security and deletion
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Google access tokens are stored encrypted and used only by our servers. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it.
We keep Google data while your account is active and Google is connected; uploaded media until you delete it or 30 days after you close your account; billing records as long as Indian tax law requires; and usage logs for up to 90 days.
Disconnecting Google. You can disconnect Google from your BizAuto settings, or remove BizAuto's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google data and delete the stored tokens.
Deleting your data. Email support@bizauto.pro to delete your account. We delete your account data, including Google data and uploaded media, within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers described above, with your agency if your account is managed by one, when you ask us to, or when required by law.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a complaint. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to improve the service. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
8. Children
BizAuto is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and email users about important changes.
