Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of bizauto.pro and the BizAuto service, operated by BizAuto, 708BS, Suratwala Mark Plazzo, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057, India. By creating an account or using BizAuto, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BizAuto helps you manage your Google Business Profile: drafting and scheduling posts, replying to reviews, uploading media, auditing your profile and showing performance reports. Features depend on what Google's APIs allow and may change.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage every Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity in your account.

3. Your content and approvals

You own your business content, photos and data. You give us permission to use them only to run the service for you. Content drafted by AI may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what is published, including anything you set to publish automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use BizAuto to post false or misleading information, create or solicit fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, impersonate another business, or break Google's policies or any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Google

BizAuto is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Your use of Google Business Profile is also subject to Google's own terms. If Google limits, changes or ends API access, some features may stop working.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, per location, at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not refund partial months unless required by law. We will give 30 days' notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.

7. Availability

We work to keep BizAuto running, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail if Google's systems are unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BizAuto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
